In other news on the streets, Hudson Public Works director Jessie Lovejoy has directed the cleaning of ditches on Mt Carmel road this week. The culverts are at a point where critical drainage has become blocked in places and with the rains coming down heavily at times, this helps control road flooding and water standing in ditches.
In a conversation with Mr. James Freeman(City manager) , The culvert issue is a "pet peeve" of his. So lets keep an eye on the road and watch out for those City employees as they make Hudson a great place to live.
